Prior to joining the Council, Farrow worked for the YWCA of Greater Atlanta, where she managed the inaugural racial justice cohort in the women’s civic engagement and legislative advocacy training program. In that role, she also provided operational, policy analysis, and legislative advocacy support for the organization’s broader initiatives. Farrow graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in psychology and also earned a Juris Master degree from Emory University School of Law.
