Farrow’s background includes a mix of experience in research, writing, nonprofit administration, project management, and public policy work. Before joining the Council, she worked for the YWCA of Greater Atlanta, where she managed the inaugural racial justice cohort in the women’s civic engagement and legislative advocacy training program. In that role, she also provided operational, policy analysis, and legislative advocacy support for the organization’s broader initiatives.
Farrow is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in interdisciplinary qualitative studies at the University of Georgia. She holds a BA in psychology from Northwestern University and a Juris Master from Emory University School of Law.
