    Bio: Known as "The Face of Dignity For Incarcerated Women”, Pamela Winn is an activist with over 10 years experience as a registered nurse specializing in Women's Health. While serving a 78-month federal sentence for a white-collar crime, Pamela was shackled, causing her to fall and miscarry, then placed in solitary confinement. Rather than diminish her spirit, she uses her personal and professional lived experiences to empower her. Pamela is the Founder and serves as President of RestoreHER US.America (RestoreHER), whose mission is to end mass incarceration and prison birth of women through education, research, advocacy, civic engagement, housing, and leadership. RestoreHER is a Core Movement Partner of the Southern Black Girls & Women Consortium. Under Pamela's innovative visionary leadership, RestoreHER's initiative, Informing Marginalized Peoples Power And Cultivating Transformation (IMPPACT) aims to mobilize Georgia's formerly incarcerated vote.

    Bio 2: Pamela is Co-Founder and Board President of both Formerly Incarcerated Graduates Network and Georgia Chapter of Higher Education in Prison. She serves as Board Vice President of the Association For Justice-Involved Female Organizations. She is Founder of Unlocked Minds in partnership with the Spelman College Social Justice Program and is Advisory Council for the National Religious Campaign Against Torture. Pamela is a national leader informing women's policy including providing the language for women, instrumental in the passage of the First Step Act. She consulted on the Pregnant Women in Custody Act and has given testimony for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights briefing, Women in Prison: Seeking Justice Behind Bars. Senator Cory Booker appointed her to consult on the Dignity For Incarcerated Women Act. Pamela was invited to the White House for the Prison Reform and Criminal Justice Reform Summits to address nation leaders on "Women's Issues of Incarceration".

    Bio 3: She is a US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs Peer Reviewer. Pamela is an OSF 2019 Soros Justice Fellow and 2017 JustLeadershipUSA Fellow under the leadership of Glenn E. Martin. She has been honored with a number of awards such as the 2021 Power of One Award, 2022 Dignity Award, 2022 Change Agent Award, and 2023 Sister of Courage Award. Pamela is named as a Forbes 50 Over 50 Impact Leader in 2021. She is featured in award winning short film documentaries WINN Movie, The Box and Counted. She has been highlighted in print publications such as RollingStone, HAARETZ Israel, Essence Magazine, USA Today, Ms. Magazine, ATLANTA Magazine, and many others. As a public speaker, Pamela has appeared on numerous news, podcasts, panels, and a keynote across the nation including MSNBC, CNN, PBS, NPR, WABE, Johns Hopkins University, Harvard University, Emory University, and DPA 2017 International Drug Policy Reform Conference to name a few.
