As a leader of state engagements for the Pew Charitable Trusts, Abby Walsh spent more than five years partnering with policymakers to enact data-driven solutions that safely reduced prison populations, improved outcomes for youth in juvenile justice systems, and expanded treatment for substance use disorders. Earlier, she worked to modernize court practices and data collection in the federal judiciary.
