Leticia Longoria-Navarro is the Executive Director of The Pathfinder Network, an Oregon-based nonprofit that provides justice system-impacted individuals and families the tools and support they need to be safe and thrive. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology and a Master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with specializations in Counseling and Public Administration. With a background spanning schools, prisons, community corrections, and community-based services, Longoria-Navarro leads change, innovation, and advocacy efforts both at The Pathfinder Network and beyond. As the first executive leader of color in the organization’s history and the first with lived experience of parental and family criminal justice system-involvement, she brings a unique perspective and commitment to her work. Longoria-Navarro is known for her enthusiastic and engaging leadership style, as well as her vision for lifelong learning and guiding individuals, organizations, and systems through transformative change.
