Before joining the Council, Edsall worked at Edelman, a global public relations and marketing consulting firm, where he focused primarily on social impact communications and campaigns that centered around issues such as gender equity, racial equity, parental leave, and more. Edsall earned his Master of Public Administration and B.S. in Criminal Justice from Marist College.
