    Bio: Prior to joining The Gober Group, Jenny served as vice president of operations and general counsel of the Philanthropy Roundtable. She previously served as the deputy general counsel, political law and vice president of public policy at Koch Industries, one of the largest private companies in America. At Koch Industries, she implemented political law compliance programs for the United States, Canada and the European Union, and integrated technology to increase operational efficiencies for these compliance programs. She also led the criminal justice reform portfolio, resulting in passage of the federal First Step Act, the first criminal justice reform legislation in over two decades. She served as an advisor to the then Koch Industries – Right on Crime Safe Streets & Second Chances reentry initiative.

    Bio 2: In 2020 and 2018, DCA Live named her Corporate Counsel Star, and Top Corporate Counsel in the DC area. In 2019, Corporate Counsel and InsideCounsel honored her with the Women Influence in Power & Law award for talent management and leadership. For over two decades, Jenny has helped corporations and nonprofits improve their legal, compliance, crisis management and coalition-building capabilities. She has cultivated a diverse background in strategic counseling, crisis management, integration of technology into legal processes and team building. Before joining Koch Industries in 2008, Jenny worked at Miller & Chevalier and Crowell & Moring. Previously, she also served as a Presidential Management Fellow at The White House Office of Counsel to the President and the U.S. Department of Defense, Missile Defense Agency.

    Bio 3: In Jenny’s current role, she is responsible for leading the Roundtable’s legal compliance, strategy and operational needs, including strengthening information technology and talent management. Jenny earned a juris doctorate from Boston College Law School and a bachelor’s degree from New York University. She is a member of the bar in New York, Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
