Bio: Rosenfeld is a nationally renowned criminologist whose research focuses on crime trends and crime control policy. He previously served as the criminologist in residence for the City of St. Louis Department of Public Safety and St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. He also served as a professor at Skidmore College, the chair of the National Academy of Sciences Roundtable on Understanding Crime Trends, and the president of the American Society of Criminology, where he remains a fellow.
