Before joining the CCJ team, Maxine worked as an account manager for Jellyfish. She spent most of 2020 at Google, where she applied digital advertising strategies to multiple congressional and senatorial races. Maxine's criminal justice experience includes serving as a writing tutor for students incarcerated at Maryland Correctional Institution for Women and assisting with expungement outreach at Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service.
