Pamela Lachman has spent the last decade working on justice reform across the country. She joined CEO in 2018 and now leads CEO’s policy and advocacy work and social enterprise investment. Before joining CEO, Lachman worked on comprehensive legislative criminal and juvenile justice reform legislation at the Pew Charitable Trusts and Crime and Justice Institute, and prior to that managed a variety of criminal justice research projects at the Urban Institute.
