DeRoche is the CEO of Family Policy Alliance and founder of the Twelves, an advocacy organization for people in recovery. He is the former speaker of the House in Michigan, former president of Justice Fellowship and senior vice president of Prison Fellowship, founded by Chuck Colson. DeRoche is a member of the Pretrial and Jail Task Force in Michigan and a former member of the Charles Colson Task Force on Federal Prison Reform. He is the author of the memoir, “Highly Functional” and co-author of the book and small group study guide “Outrageous Justice.”
