Bio: Richard Jerome is a civil rights lawyer and expert in police accountability and currently the Deputy Monitor for the NYPD Stop and Frisk case. He has worked with police departments and community groups to audit police departments, review officer-involved shootings and implement best practices. Jerome has also worked at the Pew Charitable Trusts, helping states advance fiscally sound, data-driven sentencing and corrections policies.
