    Bio: Malcom Glenn is a writer, speaker, and equity advocate. He’s spent his career helping build partnerships between corporations, nonprofits, and governments, and telling the stories of the impact of that work.

    Bio 2: Malcom is the Founder of MG Equity Consulting, an advisory firm that helps organizations—from nonprofits to corporations to think tanks—embed equity in everything they do, inside and out. He is a Fellow for the Future of Land and Housing program at New America and a Senior Fellow at the Center for Workforce Inclusion. He was previously the Head of Global Policy for Accessibility and Underserved Communities at Uber Technologies, where he led Uber's efforts to make the platform more accessible for criminal-justice involved people, as well as folks from other historically marginalized groups.

    Bio 3: Prior to joining Uber, Malcom was an executive communications manager at Google, where he developed strategic communications for two of Google’s chief financial officers and their leadership teams. Before joining Google, he was the national director of communications at the American Federation for Children, and he previously managed issue campaigns at the polling firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner. He’s currently an advisory board member of the Chamber of Progress, and a board member for Greater Greater Washington, the Consumer Technology Association Foundation, the World Institute on Disability, and Communitas America.

    Bio 4: Malcom received a bachelor’s degree in history from Harvard College, where he was the president of The Harvard Crimson.
