Brian Edsall provides internal and external communications guidance across all projects at the Council, with a primary focus on media relations and strategy for both staff and members.
Prior to joining the Council, Edsall worked at Edelman, a global public relations and marketing consulting firm, where he focused primarily on social impact communications and brand campaigns that centered on issues such as gender equity, racial equity, parental leave, and more.
Edsall holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in ethical leadership and a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice with a concentration in legal studies from Marist University. He is based in New York.
