2025 Annual Report
In 2025, the Council on Criminal Justice redoubled our effort to ground debates in facts and bridge divides through data and dialogue.
Our annual report highlights how CCJ shaped the national conversation with research cited across the political spectrum, equipped policymakers and the public with clear, timely analyses of crime trends, and drove bipartisan policy solutions on issues ranging from artificial intelligence to women’s and veterans’ justice.
It also showcases the strength of our growing membership and convenings, which continue to demonstrate that bridging divides for the sake of safety and justice is not only necessary, but achievable.
