As a leader of state engagements for the Pew Charitable Trusts, Abby Walsh spent more than five years partnering with policymakers to enact data-driven solutions that safely reduced prison populations, improved outcomes for youth in juvenile justice systems, and expanded treatment for substance use disorders.
