Samra Haider oversees all aspects of CEO’s program delivery, innovation, and policy functions, including expansion into new markets. She also works across departments to lead CEO’s multi-year organizational strategy. Prior to CEO, Samra worked for Next Street Financial, where she oversaw the firm’s brick and mortar technical assistance business unit. Previously, Samra was Portfolio Director at REDF, a venture philanthropy fund based in California that invests in employment-focused social enterprises. Samra was also a strategic management consultant at Oliver Wyman and an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan Chase. She currently serves as a trustee of the FHI Foundation and is Chair of its Audit Committee. Samra holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MS from the London School of Economics, and a BA from Columbia University.
