Patrick Plein

Director, Nolan Center for Justice, CPAC

Patrick Plein is the director for the Nolan Center for Justice, where he focuses on communications, policy research, and grassroots advocacy strategy. Prior to joining the American Conservative Union Foundation, he worked in the House of Representatives for a member of the Pennsylvania delegation.

Plein is a graduate of Villanova University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in political science with minors in criminology and economics.
