State Legislators Share Insights on Local AI Regulation

Over the past few years, state lawmakers have begun taking legislative action on artificial intelligence (AI). In 2024 alone, 41 states passed more than 100 AI laws, according to researchers at NYU.

A bipartisan group of state legislators spoke with CCJ to share their concerns and insights as they navigate the adoption of this emerging technology in their states.
