Kirchhoff, a licensed attorney and military veteran, served more than eight years in the United States Air Force in roles that included personnel officer at the base level and at the Mortuary Affairs Operation Center. A graduate of the Air Force Academy, she earned a Master’s in Philosophy from Boston College and a J.D. and Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. Before joining the Council, Kirchhoff garnered a wide range of legal experience with the U.S. Department of Justice, the Georgia Justice Project, the Veterans Defense Project, and other organizations.
